  • Conduct outbound calls (and potentially emails/messages) to prospective clients using provided leads
  • Introduce our products/services clearly and persuasively, highlighting their value proposition
  • Qualify leads by asking probing questions to understand their needs and determine their suitability
  • Successfully schedule appointments and demonstrations for our senior sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and address initial queries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and scheduled appointments
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and customer engagement Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A quiet dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM software (training will be provided)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection gracefully
  • Self-motivated and disciplined enough to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is advantageous but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
  • A desire to learn about sales processes and develop a career in the field
