We're seeking a Client Support & Operations Coordinator to help manage client communication, oversee workflow organization, and ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and confident balancing multiple responsibilities while working independently with the support of training, systems, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate client communication and day-to-day workflow tasks Ensure timely responses, follow-ups, and support throughout the process Organize schedules, confirmations, and operational updates as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions Provide professional, solution-focused support in client-facing situations

Qualifications
