Marketing Operations Intern

Position: Marketing Operations Summer Intern Reports to Title: Sr. Director of Marketing; MOps Manager Department/Division: Digital Marketing/Marketing Operations Primary Work Location: Remote/Chicago, IL Position Overview In this role, you will be supporting our Marketing Operations Team who manage our websites, marketing automation platforms, customer communication and fulfillment platforms, and marketing budget. You’ll help the MOPS Team ensure that our owners and end-user customers have a great experience with Beltone on and off-line. Essential Functions (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.) You’ll help us manage: Beltone.com website content development including learning our CMS and making updates/edits. Marketing program participation and website data portal audits Customer communication and fulfillment platforms on Beltone Community: Marketing Library, Print Shop, and Merch Shop Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.) Understanding of marketing principles Problem solving and project management Attention to detail Proactive attitude Customer service orientation Ability to work independently Solid written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficiency: proficient in MS Office suite [Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint] and other marketing technology applications, as well as ability to learn Adobe Photoshop as needed. Desired Qualifications Required Education (if necessary): 1.High School diploma Preferred Education (if necessary): Currently enrolled in a college or university with an interest in marketing/digital marketing Other: Other Information Direct reports: N/A Indirect reports: N/A Working Environment: This is a summer intern position. Beltone is a remote first workplace but also has a brand-new HQ office in Chicago at 656 W. Randolph St. Physical Demands: N/A Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time position, approx. 12-week duration (summer).
