About the Company

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing international product company operating in the iGaming industry. The company develops proprietary gaming solutions for online casinos and successfully distributes them within the B2B segment. With a portfolio of high-quality casino games, the company focuses on creating engaging player experiences, strong retention metrics, short betting cycles, and high LTV performance for operators. Combining innovative game design, robust technical support, and seamless platform integration, the business partners with operators and aggregators across global markets. As part of its continued growth, the company is now looking for a Head of Commercial Operations to lead and scale the commercial function.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with strong experience in iGaming, GameDev, or B2B gaming providers. The Head of Commercial Operations will work closely with the CEO and play a key role in scaling revenue, optimizing commercial processes, and driving strategic growth across sales, account management, and customer support functions. This is a high-impact position with strong growth potential into a C-level role.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial operations including sales, account management, and customer support Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy Scale B2B partnerships and sales pipelines across international markets Own and monitor commercial KPIs, SLA performance, and operational efficiency Drive revenue growth, profitability, GGR, ROI, and ROMI performance Optimize and automate internal commercial processes Build transparency through forecasting, reporting, and analytics Lead enterprise-level negotiations with key partners and stakeholders Expand existing client relationships through upsell and cross-sell strategies Develop and mentor the commercial management team Requirements 3+ years of experience in iGaming, GameDev, or B2B game provider environments Proven experience managing commercial or business development teams Strong B2B sales and negotiation expertise Deep understanding of commercial and performance metrics Experience building, optimizing, and scaling operational processes Experience working with international operators and partners Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills English - C1+ level Russian - professional working proficiency What Is Offered Opportunity to join a rapidly growing international iGaming company High-impact strategic role with direct influence on business growth Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and product-focused environment Career growth potential toward executive leadership Remote-friendly international team Competitive compensation package Apply To This Job
