Job Summary
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers via our web-based live chat console, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver a personalized experience that exceeds customer expectations and drives loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide extensive knowledge about our website, products, and services to customers
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and company benchmarks
- Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* 75+ WPM typing speed (typing testing will be conducted using a reputable online platform)
- Experience in navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Career-oriented and professional
- Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages/bilingual is a plus
