Architect to Complete Commercial Design
We have an existing architectural plan that is 90% ready, in Revit format, for a 5000 sqft commercial renovation. The current architectural plan was performed by a professional with accurate survey info and detailed as-built plans from the original construction. All which will be made available. We need a few changes/tweaks to the plan first and the plan finizaled for a commercial permit in Pennsylvania. This plan needs to be by an approved PA license professional. Electrical and Mechanical design's will need to be created and stamped for PA. Requirements: 1. Modify and create an updated Revit file. Work must be done in Revit. We will retain all rights to the Revit model including in progress work of the Revit model. Freelancer must be able to provide updated Revit file at regular intervals. 2. Create finalized and Pennsylvania stamped Architecture, Electrical and Mechanical drawings for permit. 3. Create full permit set of docs. 4. Modify any design as required after permit via T&M at $90 per hour. Interior designer and or A/V/Lights may be adjusted prior or during construction and may need updated submissions.
