About the job At Dadosfera, we believe that generating strong business opportunities starts with meaningful conversations. We are looking for an SDR Intern who is proactive, communicative, and driven by results to support our commercial team in outbound prospecting and lead qualification activities. This professional will play an important role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, organizing prospecting activities, and helping generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Support outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outbound channels; Conduct initial outreach with cold leads and support lead qualification based on Dadosfera’s ideal customer profile; Support inbound lead qualification activities; Assist in building and executing prospecting cadences; Identify business opportunities and support meeting scheduling for the sales team; Keep the CRM updated with contact information, interactions, and opportunity status; Support the organization of prospecting lists and research on companies and decision-makers; Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and commercial campaigns; Track prospecting metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and meetings scheduled; Learn and apply best practices in sales communication, lead qualification, and consultative selling.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Interest in developing a career in Sales, especially in B2B sales, technology, or SaaS environments; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile; Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with different types of people; Eagerness to learn about consultative sales, data, artificial intelligence, and technology; Familiarity with digital tools, spreadsheets, and information organization; Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up routines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of or interest in topics such as SaaS, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation; Familiarity with CRM tools, especially HubSpot; Previous experience in academic projects, junior enterprises, scientific research, marketing, sales, customer service, or other commercial-related activities; Basic knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, or outbound cadences; Intermediate English skills; Interest in startup environments, innovation, and technology.
