DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Desktop Publisher for QA at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will provide advanced technical expertise in localization engineering and desktop publishing for complex, global projects. Managing the DTP aspects of localization processes, you'll ensure the highest quality and profitability while facilitating efficient translations and implementation in our customers' environments. This role combines creative technical skills with project management to deliver excellent results in a dynamic environment spanning multiple countries and cultures. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of experience in localization desktop publishing QA service
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing software including Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Overseeing the QA tasks for the file preparation and formatting files.
  • Any AI based experience.
  • Manage CAPA process and establish new guidelines for managing high quality of DTP work.
  • Liaise with Project management and Language management to support and classify DTP errors with RCA and PA measures.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining DTP QA guidelines and instructions
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of multiple languages and cultural nuances preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to quality
  • Willing to work in any shift based on the work requirement and support other team members during their leaves
