Job Category Sales, Marketing & Product Management Position Summary Bridgestone Commercial Tire is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager (CSM) to drive growth for our commercial tire and retread business in Phoenix, AZ. Reporting to the Region Manager, you will partner with our dealers and market team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional solutions to fleet customers

This individual will be required to live in the AZ market and cover related territories

Responsibilities

Dealer & Fleet Sales: Manage communication with dealers, truck stops, and truck fleets to exceed sales targets. Relationship Management: Cultivate a prioritized list of target fleets and partner with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives (CSRs) to conduct daily sales calls. Strategic Planning: Lead business planning with dealers to set growth targets and strategies. Product & Solution Adoption: Drive the training and adoption of Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions, programs, and sales tools. Market Intelligence: Monitor dealer inventory levels, forecast future needs, and collect competitive intelligence. Field Activity: Conduct "Fleet Genba" activities (direct on-site observation) to understand customer operations and recommend solutions. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, customer safety requirements, and proper PPE usage.

Minimum Qualifications
