Virtual Human Resources Coordinator – Remote Position

Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and people-centric initiatives across various departments. As a core member of the HR team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day administrative HR functions while working in a collaborative, fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • *

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining digital employee records, HRIS data entry, and document management.

  • *

Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation, scheduling orientations, and exit interviews.

  • *

Coordinate virtual training sessions, staff meetings, and employee engagement activities.

  • *

Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • *

Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • *

Help implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with the organizations values and culture.

  • *

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

  • *

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders as needed.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • *

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law fundamentals.

  • *

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • *

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS platforms.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • *

High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.

Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, or a related field.

  • *

Remote work experience is preferred but not required.

  • *

Experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment is an advantage.

  • Working Hours
  • *

Monday to Friday

  • *

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

  • *

Flexibility may be required depending on meeting schedules or project deadlines.
