Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Stack Cashier and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our remote customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Supervise and support other team members when needed
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred

  • Proficiency in cash handling, including operating a cash register
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally
  • Basic math skills for retail transactions
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques
  • Familiarity with stock management procedures
  • Excellent phone etiquette
