Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer data, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Customer Engagement: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with their queries related to products, orders, and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions, escalating when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively communicate and promote them.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Sales Support: For international roles, promote relevant products and services to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: 12th pass or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience in a calling or customer service role is preferred, especially for international positions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the required languages
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
