Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Skype Chatter to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and sales experiences to our clients and customers through live chat conversations on Skype. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support and sales experiences to clients and customers through live chat conversations on Skype

  • Manage multiple chat windows efficiently, providing support, sales information, and general assistance
  • Respond to incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support and sales experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or sales, with a focus on digital communication

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and sales experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Certification in customer support or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers from diverse backgrounds
