Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant in our Amazon Customer Support Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing feedback in a prompt and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting issues related to orders, deliveries, product inquiries, and account management
  • Providing product information, features, specifications, and usage to customers
  • Processing returns and refunds, handling return requests, and guiding customers through the return process
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalized assistance
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions
