Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner * Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner * Collaborating with our team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty * Working independently in a virtual environment with discipline and motivation * Maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with our team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty * Work independently in a virtual environment with discipline and motivation * Maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism * Ensure call resolution in a timely manner * Have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Maintain the highest standards of quality * Guarantee customer satisfaction on every call * Provide product solutions * Perform other duties as assigned Requirements * Be at least 18 years or older * Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent * Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check * Have at least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role * Have high speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download = ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms Ready to Apply?
