Position Overview

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to verify and update demographic information, addressing a variety of customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and operational challenges. You'll work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company values.

  • Address a variety of customer inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and operational challenges
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold company values
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
  • Familiarity with medical and claim terminology
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm CT (9 am to 7 pm ET, 7 am to 5 pm MT). Flexible shifts available twice a year.

Compensation and Perks

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, with quarterly performance-based bonuses. You'll also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a 401(k) with match.
