Customer Care Representative - Tier I Email and Chat (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • In your capacity as a live chat representative, you'll earn hourly rates by handling customer conversations across web-based chat systems and social platforms. Your duties will involve managing customer questions, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers.

Rate:$35 per hour

Requirements

  • A functional device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet combined with stable broadband access is essential.
  • Competent English composition and typing abilities are mandatory.

Skills/background needed

  • Entry-level chat support positions available with full onboarding provided. Previous experience in paid chat support roles is not a prerequisite for consideration.

Location

  • Work remotely from anywhere across the globe, with preference given to applicants in the United States.
