Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) Location: Lawrenceville, NJJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)Work Setting: In-Person / HybridCompensation: $90,000–$135,000 annually, based on experience + quarterly bonus opportunities Clinical Excellence. We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and growth-minded Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team in Lawrenceville, NJ. This is an opportunity to practice high-quality, ethical ABA in an environment that values clinical sustainability, innovation, and whole-family care. What You’ll Do As a BCBA, you’ll play a vital role in helping children build meaningful life skills while guiding Behavior Technicians, empowering parents and caregivers, and shaping clinical excellence across our organization. Clinical Leadership

  • Design and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s strengths, goals, and developmental needs
  • Conduct initial, ongoing, and discharge assessments using appropriate clinical tools
  • Analyze progress data and adjust programming to maximize meaningful outcomes
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-center, in-home, or community settings as clinically needed

Team Development

  • Supervise and mentor a caseload of Behavior Technicians (target caseload is 8-10, and this will vary based on what is sustainable for you)
  • Conduct regular supervision sessions, performance coaching, and skill-building meetings
  • Support technician growth through mentorship outside of direct supervision hours
  • Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates (optional)

Family Partnership

  • Lead parent trainings and caregiver meetings to promote skill generalization and confidence at home
  • Ensure empowerment of caregivers as active participants in their child’s growth through regular parent meetings
  • Serve as a trusted guide for families navigating their child’s developmental journey

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

  • Work closely with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure cohesive, child-centered care
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, case reviews, and leadership discussions

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Current BCBA® certification through the BACB
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain New Jersey licensure
  • Experience working with children in educational, clinical, or therapeutic settings
  • Ability to pass federal and state background checks
