Part-Time Solar Sales Rep — Commission Only | Work Remotely | Flexible Hours

About the Role

I run a small solar data company and I'm looking for sales reps to help grow it. The product is built, the markets are ready, and I need someone who can make calls. ReKnew Marketing sells scored solar lead data to residential solar installers. We do the data work: pulling county records, scoring every address for solar viability, and delivering ranked lead lists so installers can stop wasting time on bad doors and focus on the ones worth knocking. This is a commission-only gig. You make calls, you close deals, you get paid. No quotas, no micromanagement, no set schedule. If you have solar industry or B2B experience and want to pick up extra income on your own time, this is worth a conversation. What You're Selling Two products, both to residential solar installers:

  • Pre-scored territory lead lists: ranked CSVs of the best addresses in a county, delivered within 48 hours. Orders start at 100 leads.
  • Self-serve address scoring: installers upload their own lists and get them scored and ranked. Starts at 250 addresses.

Average order is $750 to $2,000.

Compensation

  • 30% commission on all collected revenue
  • 35% in any month you hit $10,000 in gross sales
  • $250 bonus on your first closed deal
  • Paid twice monthly
  • No cap
  • 100% rate on recurring commissions

What This Looks Like Week to Week We provide prospecting lists so you are not starting from scratch. Realistically this is 10 to 20 hours a week if you work the lists we give you. You are welcome to do your own prospecting on top of that. More calls, more commission. Current active markets include PNW, Texas, and Arizona. We can open any major metro where there's demand.   • Solar industry background preferred: installer, setter, closer, or sales support
  • Otherwise B2B sales experience is a must
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Self-directed and reliable
  • Looking for flexible extra income, not a replacement salary
