Manage referrals end-to-end, ensuring accurate patient, insurance, and documentation details. Communicate proactively with patients and teams about scheduling updates, cancellations, and missing information. Deliver a high-quality, patient-first experience while assisting with questions and providing support. Accurately document scheduling activity and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance workflows, and documentation standards. Collaborate with clinic and regional teams while contributing ideas to improve processes and patient access. Required Skills & Abilities Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem solving and adaptability skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using EMR and scheduling platforms. Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required). 1–2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or customer service preferred. Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred. Schedule Full Time: Mon-Fri This role will temporarily support the Charlotte market with the possiblity of changing markets in the future.

Compensation
