The language services team within ICON is seeking highly skilled and experienced COA associate project manager to coordinate projects related to COAs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in localization and linguistic validation project management, solid technical expertise in Translation Management Systems (TMS) and CAT tools, and hands-on experience in translation and localization within the clinical research environment. What You Will Do: Key responsibilities include: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of COA language projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations and technology specialists, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage relationships with language service providers and translation vendors to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful COA project outcomes. Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration and proactively address project-related challenges. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery. Your Profile: Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in translation, Life Sciences, localization and/or Linguistic Project Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in COA and/or translation project management, clinical research, or translation and localization. Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with a demonstrated focus on meeting project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements in all project-related activities. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong asset.
