Aufgaben Strategische Marktbearbeitung & Lead‑Qualifizierung Identifikation und Priorisierung von strategischen Klinik‑ und MVZ‑Accounts auf Basis von Marktpotenzial, Digitalisierungsgrad und Entscheidungsstrukturen. Proaktive Kontaktaufnahme und Qualifizierung von C‑Level‑Stakeholdern (Vorstand, Geschäftsführung, Kaufmännische Leitung). Beratung & Lösungsdesign Durchführung tiefgehender Discovery‑Gespräche, um digitale Herausforderungen und Prozesse im klinischen Umfeld zu verstehen. Entwicklung präziser Value‑Stories und ROI‑Argumentationen für unterschiedlichste Stakeholdergruppen Vollständige Verantwortung für den Sales Cycle (Lead → Won) Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation aller Sales‑Activities inklusive Forecasting, Pipeline‑Management und Entscheidungsanalysen. Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Multi‑Stakeholder‑Buy‑ins und Navigation durch komplexe Entscheidungswege in Klinikverbünden und Betreibergesellschaften. Vertragsverhandlungen und Closing in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Operations und Customer Success. Marktpositionierung & Stakeholder Influence Aufbau langfristiger Executive‑Relationships und Positionierung von medflex als strategischem Digitalisierungspartner. Teilnahme an Fachkongressen, Branchenveranstaltungen und Gremien, um medflex im relevanten Netzwerk sichtbar zu machen. Rückmeldung strategischer Markt- und Kundenanforderungen an Produkt & Management. Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in strategischen, analytisch geprägten Rollen – z. B. im strategischen B2B‑Vertrieb, Business Development, Account Management oder in der Top‑Management‑Beratung. Nachweisliche Kompetenz im Umgang mit C‑Level‑Entscheidern, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, komplexe Entscheidungsstrukturen zu navigieren, Business Cases zu entwickeln und Stakeholder auf Executive‑Ebene zu überzeugen. Vorkenntnisse zu Entscheidungsprozessen im Gesundheitswesen sind hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend – entscheidend ist deine Fähigkeit, komplexe Stakeholder‑Strukturen schnell zu erfassen und dich sicher in Themen wie Budgetlogiken, Compliance und Digitalisierung zu bewegen oder dich schnell einzuarbeiten. Du suchst nicht nach Titeln, sondern nach Wirkung: Du übernimmst Ownership, treibst Themen eigenständig voran und setzt die entscheidenden Schritte selbst um – mit dem Anspruch, spürbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen und echten Fortschritt zu schaffen.
