Join Our Team as a Live Chat Agent

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound customer communications – Answer incoming emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
  • Consulting on customer success – Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs.
  • Maintaining working product knowledge – Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
  • Tracking interactions in CRM – Record customer interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
