As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via online chat, providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer issues
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in our system

Requirements

* No prior experience necessary – full training provided

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
