As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of our dedicated Customer Support Department in Malta, working closely with our key clients to deliver top-notch support to their international players across various platforms. About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting players via chat and email, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in accordance with company guidelines
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests, escalating and following up where necessary
  • Promoting arenaflex's values and products to our clients and their players
  • Ensuring professional working relationships with customers and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via chat and email

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support and guide customers with all requests, escalating and following up where necessary
  • Promote arenaflex's values and products to our clients and their players
  • Ensure professional working relationships with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:

* Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar position is required

  • Knowledge: Excellent written and spoken skills in English are essential
  • Attention to detail: You must be a detail-oriented individual with a process-oriented mindset, able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Additional skills: Experience in the gaming and esports industry is considered an asset
