Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and mitigating churn and downgrade risks for our customers
  • Executing opportunities to expand or deepen our customers' relationships with our solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction

  • Identify and mitigate churn and downgrade risks through proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer success strategies and processes

Requirements

* Proven experience in consultative SaaS or B2B sales with a demonstrated track record of successfully growing accounts and reducing churn

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex relationship and sales processes
  • Tech-savvy with ability to effectively use tools like G-Suite and Salesforce
  • Native and/or bilingual English proficiency
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with customer success software and tools (e.g. Gainsight, Totango)
