Service Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team, assisting clients and vendors in closing real estate transactions by ensuring each party has the necessary resources to complete the transaction. Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Managers to understand project scope and client expectations.
  • Assist Project Managers with keeping projects on track with clients and vendors.
  • Collect documents from vendors and distribute them to 3rd party providers.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, status, and reports.
  • Support internal NV5 project controls and performance by maintaining and saving project files, including documents/correspondence to internal drives, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service is #1
  • Minimum one to two years of demonstrated experience in a related work position.
  • Proficient with MS Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management while working remotely.
  • Discretion in dealing with clients and the internal team, including but not limited to basic contractual agreements, confidentiality clauses, and with special attention to sensitivity on a project-to-project basis.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience as an office administrator and/or project coordinator for a firm in the service industry.
  • Experience or education in commercial real estate is preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience writing business correspondence internally and externally
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF.

The pay range for this position is $21.00- $29.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
