Entry Level Research, Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator - Remote Are you the kind of person who loves solving problems online, digging into research, staying organized, and making things happen behind the scenes? KBIC is growing our Academic Obstetrics & Gynecology recruiting division and looking for a highly motivated Research & Recruitment Coordinator to support physician recruitment efforts nationwide. You’ll partner directly with a senior recruiter focused exclusively on women’s health physician searches nationwide. This role combines sourcing, research, database management, and administrative coordination. Day-to-Day

  • Researching physicians and academic programs online
  • Using tools like ACGME directories, hospital websites, LinkedIn, and academic databases
  • Building physician candidate lists and recruiting pipelines
  • Drafting simple outreach emails and supporting recruiting campaigns
  • Updating recruiting databases and tracking systems
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication
  • Conducting market and competitor research for physician searches
  • Pivoting quickly between searches and priorities as needs change

  • Exposure to healthcare or staffing environments
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, or database systems
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience supporting email campaigns or outreach
