Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. Position Summary The Manager, Content Coordination is responsible for the precise execution of content ingestion, validation, and workflow management within the Avenue Content Management Database. This role serves as the tactical link between client creative briefs (via Workfront) and final production-ready data. You will ensure that all content variables are accurately mapped, approved, and delivered to our printing partners without error.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Ingestion & Management: Execute the migration of client content from excel (crosswalks), workfront or pdf into the Avenue database using Master Ingestion Documents (MIDs).
  • Variable Accuracy: Audit and manage complex content variables, including logos, telephone numbers, Materials, multi-language copy, and legal disclaimers.
  • Workflow Coordination: Move projects through the Workfront lifecycle, ensuring all stakeholders (Clients, Legal, Art Directors) have provided required sign-offs before data "locks."
  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous "eyes-on" QA of data exports to ensure the output matches the client's intent and technical print specifications.
  • Printer Liaison: Prepare and transmit final data packages to the printer; troubleshoot any data formatting issues reported by production vendors.
  • Database Hygiene: Maintain the integrity of the Avenue platform by archiving old campaigns and updating master templates.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in digital content coordination, traffic management, or data entry (preferably in a healthcare marketing).
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Workfront: Experience managing tasks and status updates.
  • Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced skills (VLOOKUPs, Data Validation, Filtering) are essential for managing MIDs.
  • Detail Orientation: Ability to spot typos, formatting inconsistencies, and broken links across large datasets.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical data requirements to non-technical client teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Avenue (or similar CMS/PIM): Direct experience with Avenue is a major plus, but a high "tech-aptitude" for database software is required.
