Responsibilities
As an Experienced LiveChat Agent - Marketing, you will play a critical role in engaging with website visitors, validating and prequalifying leads, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with website visitors in real-time through live chat, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Entering marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com and transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities.
- Developing expertise in the live chat platform and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs.
- Creating canned responses and enhancing the tagging system in the live chat platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the sales team and key marketing team members to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment.
- Performing other assigned tasks to support the marketing team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Commercial modular construction industry experience preferred.
- Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience preferred.
- Salesforce.com experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented with empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries.
- Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity.
- Tactful and inquisitive.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm.
- Must comply with all company employment policies.
