We provide remote fractional CSRs to home service businesses, such as HVAC and plumbing, to handle daily office tasks. Our mission is to serve our clients and their employees with genuine care, helping them succeed. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily office operations, including phone and email management, and service appointment scheduling
  • Coordinating and dispatching technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, appointments, and concerns
  • Organizing documents, invoices, and client records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Processing customer payments and following up on overdue accounts
  • Assisting in the setup and implementation of dispatching software, such as ServiceTitan
  • Contributing to additional tasks to support the company's growth and success

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a plus for experience in the service industry
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with experience in Cloud-based CRM systems a plus
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials a plus
  • Must pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need:

  • A desktop or laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor
  • A Windows or Mac-based operating system
  • 8gb RAM or more, with supportable internet speeds and a reliable router

Position Details

This is a remote, full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST, with 40 hours per week. You will receive a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.
