Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching, responding to, and resolving customer inquiries within 48 hours, prioritizing based on customer impact
  • Addressing customer payment and invoice questions, and assisting with desired changes to their accounts
  • Providing support to arenaflex employees with questions and problems
  • Delivering a great arenaflex customer experience, resolving difficult challenges diplomatically
  • Ensuring quality of work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, ERP systems, and Data Entry
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills
  • Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
  • Regular and predictable attendance
