Senior Outreach Coordinator, Prevention & Wellness - Bilingual Spanish (Remote, Florida)

Position Summary The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Analyst, Prevention & Wellness is responsible for improving quality products and services by using measurement and analysis to process, evaluate, and make recommendations to meet objectives. Coordinates the plan's prevention and wellness activities specifically designed to promote the importance and benefits of accessing timely preventive and well care through targeted member/provider education and outreach initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Prevention & Wellness area, under general supervision.
• Applies in-depth knowledge of the Prevention & Wellness field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
• Develops, implements, and assures the ongoing coordination of designated prevention and wellness activities outlined within the quality improvement and work plan.
• Evaluates, analyzes, reports on and records outcomes of the scheduled prevention and wellness interventions.
• Organizes special or pilot health education interventions to target specific population initiatives.
• Produces and distributes the quarterly community newsletters.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Remote Work Expectations

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST
• This is a 100% remote role within Florida; candidates must have a dedicated workspace free of interruptions.
• Dependents must have separate care arrangements during work hours, as continuous care responsibilities during shift times are not permitted.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Must reside in Florida.
• 3-5 years work experience in a customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience.
• HEDIS experience.
• Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence.
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
