About The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Backend Developer with a focus on AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will primarily contribute to the development of high-quality, responsive web applications by translating UI/UX designs into functional code. You will work closely with our Senior Backend Developer to integrate frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and an engaging user experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation in backend and AI-powered development, utilizing modern tools to streamline workflows, generate code, and solve complex UI and backend challenges. Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a frontend development role, or equivalent internship/project experience.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence, large language models, and their application in frontend development.
- Experience consuming and integrating data from backend APIs.
- Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications.
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Consume and integrate data from RESTful APIs provided by the backend team.
- Leverage AI and LLM tools to accelerate frontend development tasks, including component creation, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and share best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in frontend development and AI applications within the industry.
