The Role The chief purpose of the Learning and Development function is to bring out the best of every person and the best of every team, so we can deliver the best to our customers. Our team is experiencing high growth, and we are looking for professionals with a mix of L&D and project management experience to join us! You will partner closely with leaders, People teams, and employees across regions to design learning experiences that enable skills growth, support change, and strengthen organizational capability as the company continues to evolve. What You Will Do

You will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include: Development and Delivery

  • Support the identification, design, and delivery of scalable learning solutions to support a distributed, global workforce across regions and cultures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners to understand business goals and performance gaps (knowledge, skill, motivation, etc.) impacting on-the-job success.
  • Continually capture participant’s interest with innovative and effective solutions that help to motivate meaningful behavior change.
  • Support Learning & Development initiatives, such as onboarding, core skills development, performance management, leadership development, and career growth programsthrough session coordination, logistics, and facilitation.
  • Co-create learning and development solutions with team members.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Collect, analyze evaluation data to continuously improve programs and offerings.
  • Develop training schedules, manage calendar of learning events, track and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or delays.
  • Manage the back-end management of Learning Management System (LMS) to include registrations, course enrollments, certifications, knowledge assessments, learning paths, and internal learning programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of learning and development activities, including enrollments, evaluations, and surveys.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our programs cutting-edge.

AI-Enabled and Digital Learning

  • Leverage AI-powered learning tools, platforms, and content to personalize learning experiences and increase adoption.
  • Curate and create modern learning content, including microlearning, blended learning, and self-guided modules.
  • Stay current on emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions that scale globally.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 or more years of related professional experience specifically instructional design, content development, and program management
  • Experiences with HR related topics (performance management, talent management, leadership development)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled learning tools or digital learning platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes and impact.

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology-enabled services organizations.
