Lead and manage a team of individuals to ensure operational excellence and delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize performance and minimize risk. Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for team members. Coach and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management. Prepare and present reports on team performance and strategy implementation to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution. Make hiring decisions and onboard new team members.
