Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and schedule virtual consultations
  • Use a step-by-step scripted process to present and sell life insurance and related services
  • Create or share marketing content to attract and educate potential clients (training provided)
  • Promote InsuraTecs financial products using ethical, client-focused strategies
  • Track and manage activity in CRM tools and follow up with prospects
  • Participate in marketing and sales team calls, training, and development meetings

Requirements

  • Life insurance license (required)
  • Background in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone
  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic social media marketing
  • Ability to follow a process, take feedback, and stay self-motivated while working remotely
