Coordinator, Influencer Campaigns

THE ROLE We are looking for an energetic and creative influencer campaign coordinator to help deliver influencer campaigns that exceed client goals. This role is an integral support to our campaigns team, and we’re looking for candidates who will enjoy the quick pace of an agency setting & are passionate about innovative influencer & brand partnerships that drive results. This person will work on multiple campaigns and must be an advocate of social media, influencer, and content marketing. There is potential for this contract position to transition into a salaried role. Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Contribute to the execution of programs, including the following. Work with campaign team members to:
  • Draft program communications and creative briefs/copy and other campaign materials.
  • Source and vet influencers according to campaign criteria.
  • Help to build influencer lists in CreatorIQ.
  • Help to guide influencers through the application, enrollment and content creation process.
  • Help to review draft and live campaign content for edits/approvals and to ensure accurate deliverables for clients.
  • Help to develop client updates and final reports.
  • Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions/campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate and communicate with influencers, and internal team members.
  • Support the overall Campaigns team in managing tasks to ensure effective and profitable management of client and influencer relationships.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1 - 2 years experience in marketing, with influencer marketing/social media marketing experience. Client-facing and agency experience is a plus.
  • Passion for client service.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, tasks, clients on various campaigns, simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and solid time management skills.
  • Experience with multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest, and understanding of metrics-driven from these platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
  • While not required, experience with CreatorIQ or similar platforms is a plus.

COMPENSATION This is an hourly, full-time contract role with the potential to grow into a salaried position after 3 months. The compensation is $15-$20/hour depending on experience.
