Telecom Decom Field Technician

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Telecom Decommissioning Technician to join our field operations team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient teardown, removal, and sorting of telecom equipment from decommissioned sites such as data centers, cell towers, and central offices.

Requirements

• Decommission and disassemble telecom systems and infrastructure at client locations
• Remove, sort, and palletize telecom and network equipment for reuse, recycling, or disposal
• Label, inventory, and document removed materials following established protocols
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform dismantling and equipment removal
• Maintain accurate project records and submit required field documentation and photos
• Work closely with project personnel and site contacts to ensure timelines and expectations are met
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific policies while on location
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of assigned tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Truck loads following safety standards and local regulations.
• Attend safety meetings and uphold safety regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating on continuous improvement projects related to operational efficiency, safety, and management systems
• Track, record, and report work/goals progress
