Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from prospective patients
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand patient goals and concerns
• Build trust and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Handle objections and answer questions confidently
• Schedule qualified patients for appointments
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up communication

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of phone-based sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Organized and comfortable working remotely
• Interest in health, wellness, or helping others

Important Requirements

• Applicants must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones
• Must be available to work East Coast business hours
• Strong spoken English and professional phone communication required
