Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-Time or Full-Time - 100% Virtual - Must be Licensed in Virginia

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide virtual services to charter school students. Opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time caseloads, with services delivered via Zoom in individual and group settings. These positions are for the upcoming school year. Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:

  • Flexible caseloads with no minimum or maximum requirements
  • Schedule according to your availability
  • School hours are preferred
  • 100% remote position
  • Services only; no case management responsibilities

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

  • Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology School Speech-Language Pathologist License or Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathologist License required
  • School-based experience providing services to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) required
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

  • Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
  • Providing push-in support in classrooms
  • Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
  • Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing IEPs
  • Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
