Job Summary As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our Service Autopilot business management tool. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Provide product information and training to customers to help them get the most out of our Service Autopilot tool
  • Identify and report any product defects or issues to our development team
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer satisfaction goals Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a laptop, phone, or tablet Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online setting
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Experience with Service Autopilot or similar business management tools
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and management principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies
