Immigration Case Manager, Dutch Immigration

We have an exciting opportunity at Envoy Global for an experienced Case Manager to join our Dutch Immigration team on a full-time basis in the Netherlands. In this role, you will manage and coordinate end-to-end immigration case processing, working closely with foreign nationals, client HR teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing applications, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring compliance with client protocols, service level agreements, and internal SOPs. You will also play a key role in driving communication with immigration authorities, monitoring application progress, and resolving escalations where required. What You’ll Do as our Case Manager Serve as the primary point of contact for Foreign Nationals (FNs) and client HR teams, building strong relationships while setting clear expectations on timelines and processes Ensure strict adherence to client-specific protocols, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Envoy’s internal case management SOPs Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records using our case management and internal systems Prepare and draft high-quality immigration applications with strong attention to detail Collaborate closely with Third Party Vendors (TPVs) to support work authorization and other immigration processes Conduct thorough case assessments in line with standard operating procedures Review and sign off on cases handled by Global Administrators, including proactive tracking of application expiries Actively participate in client calls, providing updates, insights, and solutions Liaise with immigration authorities to clarify requirements, follow up on applications, escalate delays, withdraw cases, or process fee refunds as needed Ensure accurate and timely billing of all client matters in accordance with company policies What We’re Looking For : Skills, experience, attributes, and qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Proficiency in MS Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Genuine passion for immigration law and a desire to create meaningful client impact A growth mindset with enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and excel in a dynamic, evolving team 2 to 4 years of immigration experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; Why Envoy Global Work with globally recognized corporate clients Collaborative, people-first culture #LI-REMOTE Apply To This Job
