About The Role If you appreciate standout content and eye-catching magazine layouts, you may be the perfect fit for this role. N2’s Design team is looking for a talented Publication Designer who brings a keen eye for detail, strong layout experience, a willingness to learn our processes, and a collaborative, can-do attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving creative team that produces high-quality publications every day. This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The starting salary is $45,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role in Action Layout and design a large volume of pages of nationally distributed magazines. Work in a high-speed, deadline-intensive setting. Adhere to accuracy, brand, and quality standards. Have a “We, Not Me” mentality as a member of a team of designers. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who’ll hit the ground running with: Strong competence with Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly InDesign. Keen eye for clean, engaging, and well-structured layout design. Delivering design work with both speed and precision. Basic understanding of Google Sheets and Asana. Skills and Qualities That Set You Apart Exceptional attitude – no brilliant jerks allowed. Adaptability in a changing environment. A portfolio of your work samples with a focus on magazine layout samples.
