Their services include card processing, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway, multi-market payout solutions, and access to over 50 local payment methods. With a focus on high uptime, compliance, and scalability, they offer businesses a single connection to multiple payment methods. Role Overview As a Reconciliation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring financial accuracy and integrity within a scaling fintech company. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to dive deep into transaction data, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with various departments to maintain alignment with regulatory standards. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's financial operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliation between platform transactions and provider/acquirer statements. Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and unmatched records. Monitor merchant and acquirer balances, fees, and settlements. Escalate unresolved cases and track them until closure within SLA. Review provider statement formats and coordinate parser updates with IT. Validate automated reconciliation results before final approval. Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Requirements 1–2+ years of experience in reconciliation and payment operations in fintech. Strong Excel skills. Ability to identify discrepancies and understand their root causes. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling. Good written communication and escalation skills. Languages: English, Russian. Experience in fintech. Key Soft Skills Discipline and consistency in routine operational work. Structured approach to problem-solving and issue tracking. Transparent communication of risks and discrepancies. Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, IT, and external partners.
