Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to design and implement scalable, end-to-end enterprise solutions, driving digital transformation across supply chain operations. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, etc.) Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Provide architectural guidance and best practices across implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy) Drive solution integration design with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party systems) Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards Support pre-sales activities including solution proposal, effort estimation, and technical workshops (if needed) Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Strong hands-on and architecture experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Deep functional and implementation experience in Supply Chain Management Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations Strong understanding of business processes and system integration Mandarin Chinese (mandatory) Cantonese (preferred for Hong Kong roles) English: basic communication ability is sufficient PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Exposure to Copilot Studio / AI-driven business solutions Familiarity with Azure-related services and integration patterns Experience working in multi-country or regional deployments Beyondsoft provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type with regards to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
