In this client-facing role, you'll assist travelers in exploring vacation options, securing reservations, and coordinating memorable travel experiences while working remotely. Whether you're looking for a new professional direction or an opportunity to build skills in sales, customer engagement, and travel planning, this position provides the training and resources to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with travelers to understand their interests, budgets, and vacation expectations Recommend travel experiences such as cruises, resort stays, family getaways, group travel, and international destinations Assist with booking arrangements for accommodations, transportation, activities, and vacation packages Present available promotions, supplier offers, and special travel opportunities Guide clients through the reservation process from inquiry to confirmation Build lasting relationships through attentive customer service and personalized support Monitor reservation details and help ensure travel information remains accurate Maintain organized client files and booking records using company systems Stay informed about destination highlights, industry trends, and supplier updates Participate in virtual learning sessions and ongoing development opportunities

Qualifications
