Job Description
The Financial Senior Consultant plays a key role in shaping business strategy by translating complex financial data into clear, compelling insights. This role partners closely with leaders across products, markets, and key initiatives to deliver impactful storytelling, drive informed decision-making, and influence operational and strategic outcomes. You will develop forward-looking financial projections, uncover key performance drivers, and proactively identify risks and opportunities—helping the business stay ahead and take action with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Craft compelling financial narratives that clearly communicate performance, trends, and business implications to partners Analyze and connect data across multiple sources to isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast future outcomes Deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership Provide accurate, timely reporting and actionable insights to improve business performance Use data-driven, forward-looking analysis to identify emerging risks and opportunities, influencing strategy and execution Lead and manage analytical projects of low to moderate complexity, navigating ambiguity and driving clarity Experience 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field (preferred) Technology Requirements Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs. When working from home, employees must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 65,600.00 - 110,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
