Social Media Manager for Instagram and TikTok
We are seeking a skilled social media manager with a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms. The ideal candidate will be able to grow our pages, connect with our target audience, and excel in content creation. Responsibilities include developing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase followers and engagement. I have hired two individuals for this position and they were not able to provide the content or the engagement and growth needed on this page. I need somebody who is very aggressive with their work someone who does not require handholding someone that can give me a content calendar, plan out the content and be able to be self-sufficient in this role. This page is to engage with single parents that are looking for growth within their corporate career or entrepreneurship journey. It is to help them manage parenting while growing finances.
