Required Qualifications
- Post-Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree+ preferred)
- Knowledge of AP exams and graphing calculator
- Experience teaching or tutoring students (experience working with students diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, executive function issues, dyscalculia, and other learning differences preferred)
- Requires ability to use online software applications, as needed
- Requires working knowledge of Zoom
- Ability to provide high-quality, personalized academic support to students
- An updated Mac/PC desktop or laptop that can run multiple software programs
- Own an updated Tablet or document camera
- High-speed internet with strong and reliable service
- Seek tutors interested in developing long-term relationships with Peak Academic Solutions (PAS), students, and their families
- Possess communication skills necessary to support students
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, personalized academic support to students
- Ability to actively assess student needs
- Communicate with families, teachers, and PAS, as needed, regarding student progress
- Interact with PAS, as needed
- Have the flexibility to meet student needs
